Summary: Well, we did love staying here. It was only a it was a misunderstanding in the room that we booked we want one with the patio and preferably on the first floor because I had a handicap person with me, but I should’ve communicated that before arriving and confirmed when I was reserving the room however the rooms was still nice and clean, and the staff mostly was great They even let us stay an extra night because of the elevator inconvenience they had to stuck on the third floor during checkout we weren’t ready to leave anyway, so the fact that they were even able to compensate us for that was amazing. Overall, the manager was great and the morning staff was amazing housekeeping was also very sweet when assisting my mother with getting extra towels and a blanket.

Summary: We stayed here for a concert in the area. Rates are good, rooms was clean and spacious. the rooms with the kitchens could use an upgrade, but everything else was find. Check in was good. Didn't eat the breakfast the next morning due to they only serve from 7-9am. the only place I have ever stayed that only serves for 2 hours.

Summary: The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. It is good for the price, especially if need two bedrooms that sleep 4. Stayed 4 night. Plenty of places to eat near by.

Summary: Spanish speaking lady working at breakfast was sweet and kind. Good breakfast. We liked staying at other Sonestas often inc. 2 others nearby. This was the worst. Lots of black mold visible in shower. Smell of mold from AC. Signs of painted over mold around air vents/walls. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining/was likely in need of routine maintenance. Smell of weed around pool and BBQ area. We asked politely if they’d allow us an early checkin if room happened to be ready earlier than 4pm. We said we knew it couldn’t be guaranteed -that it was just a polite request. We explained we had a family member with med condition finding it very hot and that person had lots of medicine that was getting overheated in car too. They indicated they’d accommodate if it ended up being ready earlier. When we got there they said they wanted $25 fee. We said we’d come back before 4pm checkin as the room rate was already high. We returned at 3.45 to get our multiple bags out of the car and do checkin paperwork and were left waiting until 4.25 for checkin. Anthony, desk clerk, was pretty unfriendly all the time. The other lady working around the front desk wouldn’t let our son sit on a chair in the lobby while waiting to checkin. Said he needed to buy food from hotel snack shop to sit there. We later noticed other guests fold laundry and hang out at that seating area without complaint. They also wouldn’t allow us to use pool while waiting and didn’t offer to hold bags.

Summary: The beds were comfortable and clean. The room however stunk. The vent above the sink in the one bathroom when blowing air smelt like bad body odor. The floor in the kitchen net doesn’t look like it was ever swept or mopped. The one bathroom had hair on the soap bottles in the ceiling and in the tissue box like someone shaved or cut their hair and it was never cleaned up all the way. Don’t walk barefoot in the room your feet will be black the carpet was so dirty, white socks weren’t white afterwards. I went to check out and the music in the lobby was so loud I could barely hear the guy working because he wouldn’t get up to talk to me he was to busy on the computer. The female staff super friendly and helpful. I checked out two days early as we were only down there for baseball because the bad body odor was making me sick.

Summary: Great stay at Sonesta. We had the two bedroom suite which was perfect for families. We didn’t use the kitchen that much, but it was helpful for us. The breakfast was pretty decent, not as big of a selection of hot foods as I would like (e.g. one day with no bacon & no sausage) but eggs each day, oatmeal, fruit, pancakes, coffee.
